The Foxwall board of directors oversees the administrative and business side of Foxwall. The board consists of nine representatives from all of the boroughs that Foxwall serves. Officers of the board include the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and at times an Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer.
